Returns & Cancellations 

Silverado Apparel & Home only accepts order cancellations if requested within 48 hours of when an order is placed. Sample Sale items may not be canceled or returned.

Silverado Apparel & Home products are all handmade, custom products and therefore we have a strict return policy. A product may only be returned if it is defective and approved for return by the company owner. Requests for order returns must be made within five days of receiving your order.

To request a return please email us at You will be notified within 48 hours if your item is eligible for a return. Customer is responsible for the return shipping label. 

Returned items must be unused/unworn and still have their original tags. Refunds will not be issued if the returned item is visibly damaged or used.

Returns are not accepted on customized pieces. 

Once we receive your returned item in the mail we will issue you your refund. There will be a $12 restocking fee deducted from your refund.

Reasons why a purchase may be returned:

Silverado Apparel & Home has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and services. To promote customer satisfaction, Silverado Apparel & Home reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:


  • If the product is visibly damaged.

  • If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized.

  • In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal terms of service, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents; or

  • For any other reason, Silverado Apparel + Home deems appropriate. 


Shipping Policy

Silverado Apparel & Home calculates shipping rates by item size for all national and international orders. 

Home decor orders take 4-6 weeks to produce and ship. Apparel orders ship within 5-7 business days. Thank you for your understanding.
